At Robert Mark, we believe that the value of software education cannot be overstated. Coupled with other factors, a lack of understanding of the capabilities of Workload Automation products may result in as high as 50% of product replacements being due to a lack of understanding of the capabilities of a product and how it can be configured. That applies to products from our partners as well as those we have replaced.
